Michael T. Hart

Managing Director

Michael has over 20 years of experience in China advising owners, occupiers and investors of real estate.  This work included finding everything from the best place to open a bank branch to where to set up a chocolate factory.    He has worked with Chinese developers and insurance companies as well as global investors and multinationals across a broad range of industries.  After helping investors and developers find their way in shiny Shanghai he spent over a decade opening and then running a profitable real estate services business for a US listed property firm in China's most interesting Tier 2 city.  In 2019 he founded Griffin Business Management. He is a frequent speaker on real estate, running service sector businesses in the middle kingdom and how property plays a major role in China's economy.

When not thinking about property he can be found leading tourists down the alleyways of Tianjin's former foreign concessions or out camping with his kids.
