Job Description: Assistant to the Managing Director
What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for an Assistant to the Managing Director to help with all the critical tasks that may seem small, but help a company run smoothly. This job is based in Tianjin, China.
We are looking for candidates who:
Have experience working with teams, know a little about accounting, HR and company operations and want to learn more about each; additionally, candidates must know how to prioritize among multiple tasks; You will be using English daily, We are a foreign company so any experience working for a foreign firm, having studied or traveled abroad will be helpful in understanding our company culture.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Managing Director,

Doing some English/ Chinese translation work,

Speak regularly to our outside vendors (HR, Tax, etc),

Assist with HR issues including payroll, contracts, visas,

Work with managers from the retail stores we own,

Answer the phones, deal with the mail,

And pretty much anything else that might need to get done!
